Tickets went on sale today for the second annual LA Beer Crawl on Saturday, August 13th from 3pm to 8pm. Taste more than 50 craft beer samples ( hold on.... I don't actually think that's such a good idea. Okay let's say it this way - taste as many as you reasonably can from among more than 50 craft beer options) spread over 7 venues, all within walking distance of each other in downtown Los Angeles.
2 ticket price levels are available: $49 gets you a 6 ounce tasting glass and a wristband giving access to every venue. $69 gets you early admission (1-3), exclusive access to limited pours and beer cocktails and a gift bag. $10 "designated driver" tickets are also available.
The Beer Crawl is a collaboration between Cedd Moses and his 213 Nightlife mini-empire and renowned beer sommeliers Christina Perrozi and Hallie Beaune, otherwise known as The Beer Chicks. They literally wrote the book on craft beer so you know you're in good hands.
Food will be available at a few indoor locations and Evan Kleinman, host of KCRW's Good Food and owner of my beloved Angeli Caffe will be choosing a selection of food trucks to line that happy route.
It's here for tickets and you can feel good knowing that a portion of all proceeds is going to Heal The Bay.
All my recommendations are drawn from my own experiences and interests, the places and things I love about Los Angeles and the things I love to share with my kids. I do not post faux ads. A Driveable Feast does consider relevant advertising for high-quality products and experiences. Please send me an e-mail by clicking on my Profile link and let me know what you're thinking.
